I look at the XRP numbers and the % of who owns how much XRP seems based off the million dollar price for XRP. Like that's the strategy everyone is using.
5% of XRP holders have 10,000XRP so 1 mill for them is $100 XRP.
3% have 21,000XRP so 1 mill is $50 XRP
Looking at the numbers as they go higher says to me that about 30,000 XRP is the upper limit to what a retail investor can afford to invest in.
