This is blockchain without its soul. This will require humans to operate. The blockchain is a particular database design- a way of storing and handing off the information. It’s also not going to be very secure. The blockchain itself cant verify the information that is provided to it true. It can only verify the truth of what’s on the ledger. You need human 3rd party intermediaries. This isn’t something that requires a blockchain or a token though either. Why would this not be supplanted by a government initiative? I just don’t see it. Pure hype.
