It's not moving because the U.S./world is in recession or close to it. Not a lot of extra cash to use to buy 25k bitcoin with inflation the way it is. If the price was between 5-10k there would likely be some decent momentum upward toward an all time high. All the negative news lately doesn't help either.
I miss the days when shills could just show you a W pattern on the chart and the price so happened to go up and then in their next video they show a recap of their expert TA skills.

Its why bitcoin is down way less. Liquidity is going from alts to btc. Bitcoin is still going down on usd pair because of fear/uncertainty in the markets. Market cycles havent failed. This was inevitable despite the catalysts

I dont see how being considered a security is bad. Honestly i think the reason most people wont touch crypto is because it doesnt feel safe being un regulated.

It's not a total overreach. Many people have been destroyed by these shipcoins. Thousands of them taking people's money every day. At some point enough is enough. It's not the fault of Bitcoin, it's the fault of all the fraudsters trying to copy something good and using it for something bad. A few altcoins make sense, but most have no other purpose than taking your money. I had wished the Crypto Community would have put their foot down on this bullshit but they didn't. Now the SEC is going to do it for them.
