prices always go up as long as inflation is greater than zero!! It just goes up slower when inflation is lower.
Inflation going down doesnt mean that prices come down. It means only that prices goes up slower.

My thinking is when BTC is at $100k, ETH will be in between $7k-$8k. That 1:10 ratio BTC to ETH is dead.
