Great information, to say FTX was a ponzi scheme is putting it mildly. FTX scheme is 6 layers deep and it starts with the U.S. giving money to Ukraine. All people involved should be in prison and the little fucker hiding out in his compound needs to be extradited back to the U.S.
Yes, they are threatening the SEC b/c the SEC is corrupt, but more importantly as I've been stating for a year now Ripple wasn't pursuing the emails to prove their case as most people thought, even some lawyers. They wanted the emails b/c they contain evidence of abuse of power, withholding evidence, falsely accusing defendants and more, which actually puts the SEC on trial. Plus if the emails are fully made public byway of Congress led by the Repubs, the SEC can expect also the biggest class action lawsuit in US history..
