The biggest waste of time per the SEC Gary Gensler needs to have his mind examined along with his mentors that advised him clearly tyrannical thought process. Good work Ripple!
This smug cretin is not admitting that he is a WEF swine.
The most crucial point is that xrp is not security.
The ruling is fricking stupid and the SEC should appeal it. Something being only contextually a security is an incredibly dumb idea. It either is a security, or it's not. It being "sometimes" a security depending on the manner in which it was sold based on a bad reading of securities laws and their historical application is a miserable opinion from the judge that still doesn't bring closure to the case.

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in Gold, silver and digital currencies(BTC, ETH..).
It's about time the industry finally has some clarity! Hat's off to Ripple and to the XRP community for their perseverance through the last 3 years of SEC regulation by enforcement bullying.
We totally need to fight the SEC. It would be terrible if no one could control what we are doing. Together we need to fight the SEC. It is in our best interest to have no regulations and make money of stupid people. Thank you.
