Fox news reporter Charles Gasparino made a disastrous claim that Ripple flaunted SEC officials by continuing to sell XRP while the Ethereum Foundation only sold Eth tokens once.
We know the Eth ICO was not the only sell by the Ethereum foundation. They have made numerous other sells after including a monster 70 million dollar sell of Eth tokens at the top of the 2017 bull run to fund the further development of the Eth blockchain.
Ripple worked hand in hand with the SEC to try and build regulatory compliant solutions. This is a tweet that needs to be corrected.
Please respectfully request that Charles corrects this tweet and ask what specific evidence he needs. We can provide blockchain or video evidence of these additional sells.

It’s amazing how easily people can get corrupted and compromised. Gasparino it’s just the latest in a long line of such individuals. Might be not true, but it’s concerning how all of the sudden stopped reporting honestly

ETH has no set supply, it is basically Fiat. Worth about a buck in my opinion.
People can write up their own affidavits claiming XRP is not a security, send it to the proper destination, an Un-Rebutted Affidavit goes as truth in court. Pretty powerful stuff. Stop relying on TV personalities

FOX has been painfully clueless throughout. It’s like explaining blockchain to fourth graders. They still don’t understand the merits of the lawsuit.
