If something is such a centralized protocol like solana, price can go up but I feel safer investing where the true value is, price will eventually catch up.
All decentralized projects started centralized but I argue that large majority of centralized projects now won't go decentralized road ever.
Centralized blockchains have no value to me, don't even bother. If you want centralized system then Web2 is better solution.
