Meet Kevin gave a good explanation of what Gary Gensler is doing. Basically he's suing multiple crypto companies so that the Supreme Court can decide what's a security and commodity from the outcome of the cases. It's actually Congress job to determine what's a security and commodity so both parties are trying to wait for SC rulings.
Gary's days are numbered. he can't come with a definite answer and everyone in congress wants him out. Why would you sabotage the US from this technology when the rest of the world is taking advantage of it. I'm not worried.
I'm calling now we just going sideways forever. Minimal ups and downs. No more growth.

USA is not getting rid of crypto for its citizens It will just regulate the projects and exchanges more strictly. Crypto in the USA has too large an adoption for the politicians, and those bureaucrats who work for them, to ban crypto. Politicians are most concerned about staying in power through votes-so they can get rich. If they banned crypto those politicians would get voted out. And the longer crypto lasts in the USA the greater that danger is to them. I believe they already waited too long to save their butts if they banned it.
I heard from an inside source from a friend's father Gary thought Sam was a genius and borrowed a few million or lost should I say quite a few million in the FTX crash so he's making cryptopay
If you looked into SBF and Gary …you will find all funds given to Ukraine to date most have been laundered back via FTX and into hands of Politicians
