Thumbs down for the misleading thumbnail. The details of this case is that the corrupt Attorney General is going after taxes that are not owed to them.
Anyone can sue anyone for anything. This is nothing but harassment from the Attorney General to try and build his name up for reelection. Michael Saylor has already laughed this off and has confidently said he will win this without concern.
