People need to remember, XRP does NOT need these centralized exchanges. If any asset is worth their weight in gold they will thrive regardless, all we need is regulations. This also gives other exchanges like Kucoin, Kraken etc an opportunity to grow even stronger.
XRPL has a built in decentralized dex so XRP will continue to thrive and trade.
Hope this clears up the misconception that when these centralized exchanges go down, there is no other way to trade, swap or sell XRP. People should utilize the XRP ledger more than it is being utilized by retail.

I am not a lawyer, but I have been in business long enough that I would imagine the payment made to Binance was a legitimate business expense of FTX. The donations made to politicians are the ones I would be worried about, those were discretionary payments.
Hoskinson is getting a reputation like Jim Cramer and Kevin O'Leary so he needs to be careful with his predictions, even caveated ones.
I also agree with someone Tweet I saw that said politicians are upset they must return FTX's donation or look bad, and politicians hate to return money, and they blame CZ for causing their financial losses.
CZ handled the FTX situation horribly. There were 1,000 better ways to handle disclosing FTX's insolvency, but CZ chose the worst way.
