If one is trying to time the bottom, that will require a leap of faith (buying when things seem the worst). If one is protecting their capital, buy when the trend reversal is confirmed (paying a premium why you’re at it).

The monthly structure looks similar but technically speaking the oct 2018 monthly btc price is at the 20DMA and the at middle of BB. This time BTC price is already below the 20DMA and at the lower band of BB. The bear market drawdown of btc is around 80%. We already have a 75% drawdown at 17,600. TA and OCA of BTC tells we are already near if not the bottom. But macro-wise we are not. Hope it doesn't play out but if plays out hoping it's only a daily wick or weekly wick. Be ready with your limit orders at 16k to 14k levels.
