All coins that were launched via ICO's will be sued. The ones who can fight should but likely wont if they settle for pennies. 3.4 Million is NOTHING compared to the sale or better yet still unrealized profits. XRP & BTC only have clarity. But banks are scared if BTC because they need someone to go to if something happens, or if the power goes out….. XRP & XRPL are about to clean up! All others will struggle till they find real world use cases.
