Ethereum is now going to be playing with the SEC, the only reason it was not a security was POW. Now that it's POS it will fall under the same shit Ripple has been dealing with. Those that didn't see these changes and new regulations coming are in a world of hurt. The price will end up reactionary with the stock market. Expect big losses over the next 3 months. Also expect a new lawsuit by the SEC in the same time period as it will want control over the Ethereum market in the USA.
The market cycle still hasn't met its balance, we keep going round in circles while waiting for that bullish run on great support. However, in the meantime we could always ignore the market ups and downs and stay fully invested. As I've always said – ETH network is doomed without its core base – miners. Yes, the market is generally down, but ETH is 25% down in the past week. There is no other coin in the 10 cryptos with most market cap that dipped more thatn 13% in the past 7 days. This is a clear sign of POS failure to me

I think the data is mistaken, a lot of farms probably turn the rigs off for cleaning and waiting to see the merge result.
