I think it's not always about fear, Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the crypto market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of Bitcoin value.
Breaking the 4 year cycle trend would makes things interesting ending with out first 400 WMA test and nice support.
