The whales that matter are the 1,000 to 10,000 BTC addresses and they have been dumping on shrimps for over a year and a half and they're still doing it now. This is why wallets with at least 1BTC have risen to over 1 million. The 10,000 plus BTC addresses are the mega whales that actually manipulate the price of Bitcoin at various times for various reasons and when the mega whales finally push prices too low for retail investors to handle the shrimps will start selling back to the whales and that'll probably be when crypto starts to get bullish again.
I think if it finds support at 18kish region, that's good for the overall 4 year cycle trend.
