You know I don’t understand one thing how come XRP didn’t file a counter suit against SEC when FTX collapsed. They should have file a counter suit citing conflict of interest how Gary is involved in helping FTX with tax loopholes. Also they should ask them how did SEC made FTX compliant? What was discussed in two meetings? How SEC is dealing with bankrupt FTX? What measures is SEC is taking towards Sam Bank Friedman for committing over trillion dollars fraud? FTX is still running how are they compliant when other exchanges are in non-compliance? There are so many ways to make SEC case to finish asap. I suggest all exchanges should do it. Very first thing is how did ftx pass the howey test? What paperwork did they do it? If it shows Gary helped them then there is your case. Gary is acting in bad faith he is helping his family and friends but won’t help other businesses. Gary would help Sam Bank Friedman because he knows his family. There arises conflict of interest and bad faith. BAD FAITH law suit also caused panic in holders also exchanges delisted coin which was loss of business. I am sure exchanges lost over $100 billion since holders couldn’t trade xrp.
Holders can also sue SEC saying because of their cases their crypto tokens were stuck in the exchange and lost value. In order transfer over they had to pay high transferring fees.
