Powell is NOT going to say there will be no more rate hikes. This would be against what he has maintained consistently, ie that the Fed wants to get inflation down and will not stop taking the necessary measures until the necessary rate of inflation has been achieved. There will be at least one more rate hike this year, and he will not make any commitment to promising stopping hiking in the foreseeable future.
