BlackRock wants an Ethereum ETF so i don't think the SEC will win this lawsuit. It's just a smokescreen.
More likely its co-ordinated FUD as the likes of Blackrock are already in the process of creating a spot ETF. Shake people out for the insiders to buy more of it cheaper. Blackrock literally just launched a real world asset token fund on Ethereum.
Stupid question but what if the coins and token jumped ship and moved to another blockchain like Solana or polygon? Would that bypass them getting in trouble by the SEC?

If Eth and its associated projects crash due to it being a security, would a flood move to ecosystems that are not? or mean that to invest, ETFs would be the in point for most?
So if it is deemed a security, all the other coins and tokens built on it…..
