There's a flaw in your thinking. Alts usually don't move at the same time as btc. When btc rips, usually it takes a few days to a couple weeks before alts really start moving.

Hold bitcoin. Once it tops buy etherium….once etherium pumps and gets to 70% of bitcoin pump by percentage…buy Alt coins.
Btc buying is by the ETFs and the OTC is drying up along with grayscale selling. Wait til everyone makes money on btc…then the degen coins will pump because people will bet their new wealth…
