Bitcoin on-chain analyst Plan B thinks we are witnessing the birth of a new Bitcoin bull cycle, and makes a new prediction for the Bitcoin price for the halving next year, backed up by on-chain charts and data.
For those that don’t know Plan B, he is a Bitcoin on-chain analyst who has remained largely anonymous, but is of Dutch heritage and has over 25 years of experience as an institutional investor in financial markets.He has a background in law and quantitative finance and has always been fascinated by modelling risk & return.
In early 2019, Plan B created the Bitcoin Stock to Flow model in which he uses scarcity and the Bitcoin halving to quantify the value of Bitcoin. Because of the incredible accuracy of his pricing model, combined with his scary accurate twitter predictions, the analyst Plan B quickly made a name for himself int he cryptocurrency space and rocketed to over a million followers on twitter.
In Plan B’s most recent update, he introduced a brand new chart, which he called his favorite after the Stock to Flow model. This chart is about Bitcoin Market Stages and is based on a single on-chain variable. It helps to detect the stage or phase of the market and is not a prediction or valuation like Stock to Flow.
According to Plan B, the market moves in cycles, and each cycle has four stages: early bull market, late bull market, early bear market, and late bear market. With the help of this new chart, traders can better understand their emotions and psychology, which play a significant role in trading. BTC's price has been fluctuating lately, but I think we should be educating the newbies on what to do aside holding rather than discussing about the dip. The good thing about the space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades making profits from trades while confidently waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable. Most people do not understand how the space works. Your advantage is understanding, Charts won’t guarantee what an asset is going to do. Prices will go up or down. Nevertheless, the market has been so profitable despite price ups and down. I've always played safe implementing trades with insights and signals from a renowned trader, Ryan Donalds. I made 9.3 BTC from the recent crash in the market within a period of six weeks.
